Dr. Nicholas Fabian’s interest in chiropractic care was sparked by years of physical abuse through sports and consequently suffered from many musculoskeletal aches and pains that come with being physically active. After his first chiropractic adjustment at the age of 26, Dr. Fabian knew what his calling in life was.
Upon completion of high school, Dr. Fabian attended Mount Union College where he received his bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Physiology. Dr. Fabian then went on to receive a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisville. Dr. Fabian thought as an assistant professor for five years at the University of Louisville before receiving his first adjustment. Dr. Fabian enrolled at Sherman College of Chiropractic the next year.
During his course of study at Sherman College, Dr. Fabian was especially interested in both rehabilitation and a multitude of different adjusting techniques, including diversified, pierce, activator methods, drop work, and flexion distraction.
Dr. Fabian has had the pleasure to work alongside some of the area’s most prominent neurologists, physician’s assistants, and physical therapists. He is very proactive in treating his patients and is excited to teach patients the importance of functional movement, proper nutrition, and how to increase the quality of life and strive for optimal health.
